80 Percent of the People Facing Foreclosure Never Fight For a Loan Modification
A study revealed that 80% of all people who were facing foreclosure never made any attempt to try to negotiate a loan modification with their mortgage companies as of the end of 2008. If people facing foreclosure are to reverse the process and save their homes, we must encourage them to request a loan modification and support them as they do so.
